FEAST FOR TWO Facebook Competition

*Information on how to enter can be found via the Competition post on our Twelve Boar Facebook page. This Competition is being conducted according to these Terms and Conditions:

  1. Entry is free and available to Australian residents who are at least 18 years of age. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
  2. The Competition will run from the first initial post up until 7 days . Entrants may enter daily.
  3. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the Competition closing time, at the discretion of the Promoter. The winner will be notified following the Competition closing time via Facebook by the Promoter.
  4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including any delays of entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
  5. The Prize is $60 worth of food and drink at any Twelve Boar location. If the winner has a Twelve Boar loyalty card at the time of announcement, the prize will be a total of $65. The prize can only be from the Twelve Boar menu; discounted specials and further discounts or offers do not apply. In the event that the winner fails to respond to the Promoter via Facebook to confirm its acceptance of the Prize within a reasonable period of time, then the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to forfeit the Prize or select an alternative winner from the Competition.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to request valid proof of identification (as determined in its sole discretion) from the winner prior to redeeming use of the prize at Twelve Boar. Twelve Boar will not be responsible for any inability of a winner to take up the specified Prize.
  7. Cash or credit alternatives, including for any unused portion of the Prize, will not be offered in any circumstances and the Prize is not transferable or exchangeable for any alternative benefit and cannot be taken as cash.
  8. The winner(s) may be required to participate in publicity connected with the Competition and in entering the Competition, entrants agree to their name and country of residence being made publicly available if they win.
  9. The Promoter's decision relating to this promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Competition and/or review and revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without giving prior notice.
